The headset works great, sound is good both for me and the caller on the other end. Some noise is cancelled out but not as much as I’d hoped for. Love the large single button to answer the call. Great range, I can roam all through my home, even outside a small distance and not miss a call. They are loose fitting and sit on the ear. They fall off me very easily when I’m doing things in between calls. I may be sending them back for this reason. Haven’t decided and haven’t found exactly what I’m looking for. All in all a good product, but can’t say they are worth the price. Just depends on your preferences.

Headset stopped working around the 2/3 month mark, I could hear my clients talking but they could not hear me. They worked well and I had no complaints up until this point.

Update again(third review): Customer service was really helpful and is sending a replacement for the broken device. I appreciate this because this headset was over $100+. I give them 5 stars, a pain to have to replace but better than buying another headset. Thanks Jabra!First review: My only qualm is the volume is not as loud as the wired headset. Otherwise good product.Second review: Few months after purchasing, so I cannot return it, the side of the headset has come apart and I have been using clear tape to hold it together, and then today the part that goes over your ear has broken and does not sit over ear any more :-/

two earphones with ANC inherently means you cannot hear your own voice- you either need to be very practiced at the tone of your voice, or this is not good professionally, whether or not you realize it. This is something people who are not naturally aware of should be made aware of. Hearing your own voice is very important to understanding how you come across to others.that was a PSA. its 3 stars because the MUTE ON, MUTE OFF becomes very painful. I am not able to install software on my work computer, so I have to listen to that every time. combined with how better I realized I sounded when I could hear my own voice, made this 3 stars. its very comfortable, but it is not professionally useful. without being professionally useful, its not worth having. its like a mix of pleasure and business which accomplishes neither. for the price it should probably be 2 stars.

I ordered this a year ago and decided to give my two cents. This is a great headset.It holds a charge and I use my headset daily for 8 to 12 hours. The battery lasts all day. Quick charge time.Great quality/sound and works perfect with Teams.The only thing I don’t like is the mute button. It’s tied in with the “volume down†so at times you want to mute and it will just turn the volume down. Please have a separate mute button to make this “perfectâ€. I would recommend and buy again.

I was looking for convenient wireless headsets for a long time for my online work, where I have to talk over the phone for 6-8 hours a day. I am a remote interpreter, working for several platforms, so wanted to have something I can easily switch from one to another platform when I have a call, from my iphone to my laptop.After watching tones of comparison videos on noise-canceling mic wireless headset on Youtube, decided to go with Jabra Evolve 65, and couldn't make a better decision! I bought another pair of a different brand for my work which requires wired headset, and when comparing these 2, I can say Jabra is definitely a lot more convenient for extended hours of usage. It doesn't squeeze you head or ears, however, doesn't provide environment noise blocking, so if you use it for working from home like me, where you don't have a distracting noise around, then they are perfect for you!Jabra Evolve 65 is super light, soft leather cushions, doesn't irritate the skin or ears, neither make you sweat. Microphone noise-cancellation has been impressive for me: I tested it both on my Iphone 15 pro max with a noise-isolation mode on, and on my laptop, where I don't have a noise-cancelling software. It worked perfect in both ways! If your mic is turned away from the direct noise near you, then it blocks the noise to the listener on the other end pretty well!The charge lasts for 2 days for me so far, I don't know yet how long the batteries will serve this way. I couldn't wish for a better headset for my work!Thank you, Jabra - I am really impressed and definitely satisfied!
