I bought this as a ritual robe and it's great. I love the quality of the fabric because it's not a costume. This is made to be worn outside in the sun. It's lightweight and comfortable. And, best of all, it FITS! :D I've ordered robes before and this one was the gem. Yay!

Given my size (5'10" and 205 lbs) I bought the XXL as recommended by others. This fit was very comfortable for me, especially in the shoulders where I need a little extra room. The look was great, too. Then I washed it (cold water wash, medium heat dry) and oh-no! it shrink, like a lot. Whereas before the length was just above my feet, it is now about 6" above my ankles. And the shoulders are snug. I can wear it, but I'm afraid of doing anything with my arms that stretch the fabric - I'm afraid it will rip! So a word to the wise: if you buy this item, definitely get a size larger (I usually wear an XL shirt) and do NOT use warm or hot water or air to launder it! Overall, I give it 5 stars for appearance and comfort, and 1 star for washability.

The product is nice. Nice style, satisfactory material. Warning: Make sure that you purchase it a size larger than you would purchase ordinarily. I guarantee you it will shrink a whole size smaller when you wash/dry it! It gets shorter in length, sleeves, body, everything! Kind of disappointing, but at least it still fits me since I did purchase it a size larger. It almost made 5 stars from me!
