I have a tall shelving unit for shoes (see pic #1) and found myself using the empty shelves to store household items. Â However, without a solid board to act as a base for each shelf, the items had nothing solid to rest on. Â I didn't want to use cardboard and wanted something made with wood. Each shelf area measures 12' x 15" but pre-cut wood boards of that size proved too difficult to find. Â These boards were close at 11" x 14". Â I had wanted solid wood boards instead of pressboard but they were twice the price so I ordered these. Â Â These boards arrived with no damage or scratches and so far they are working well. Â I could use 3 more but don't need another 6, so it would be nice if they could offer them in 3 packs as well as 6. Otherwise, these were just what I needed.

I used these to make pastel painting surfaces for a plein air competition. I applied two to three coats of my own recipe of gesso, pumice powder and water to one side. No warping. They were light enough to attach to my backing board in the field with simple binder clips and easy to frame the rigid, sturdy board.

These seem like a good quality. About the same thickness as a regular primed hardboard for oil painting. they are not tempered so I am spraying them with an acrylic sealant that I have. Plan to use them as a board to attach canvas into oil painting. I think they are going to work very well. And very affordable.

Great price! I use these for drawing boards with my class. Not too big and very sturdy.

Material is nice and sturdy but wasn't packed very well and the corners got smushed up.

Used these for cover boards in bookbinding. Nice and thick, and very rigid. There is a barcode sticker on every one of them, but it's a very low tack sticker, so I've had zero issues with it peeling right off without tearing or leaving any residue. These are going to be my go-to from here on out!

I’m organizing my craft room, and in it I have 4 IKEA Expedit shelving units. I’ve found several inserts, with drawers, slots, and cubbies But no shelves less than 13†tall. I got a Kreg jig for shelf pins, a drill, and was able to make 3-4 shelves in each cube. These are a tad shorter (they don’t fill the depth), but I use trays on the shelves and it works.
