This is a great product. As a small business owner, I've used a well known name brand thermal printer for years. It's great, but it's not the wireless version. I wasn't crazy about dropping $200+ for the same printer just to have it wireless, so I've been waiting for the right opportunity. This printer is under $100 and is perfect for our needs.* easy installation -- pull up a browser and navigate to the install file, install and print a test page, the whole process took me less than 5 minutes* remote printing -- apparently this works via bluetooth, so I'm guessing I have to keep bluetooth enabled on my laptop, which is fine* easy on-demand label printing -- now I just generate a label and print wirelessly, so far no issues* dark printing -- our last thermal printer generated labels that were somewhat faded, but this one has super dark printing (using the same labels)To summarize, this is a great printer and I recommend it for folks who want to print from a Windows laptop.

I bought this in 6/2023 and it's now 2/2025. I have an eBay store and do a lot of Amazon returns. I use the printer probably on average once or twice a week and I just finished my first roll of shipping labels so I decided to come back and share my thoughts:I've never had an easier printer to set up. I work in IT and support Zebra printers and FedEx label printers and dreaded getting a label maker that was going to cause me as much grief as I get at work with the big brands. I have NEVER had an issue with this printer. Setup was an extreme breeze - the app makes it so easy even if you're not a tech person. The quality has always been so clear and it hasn't diminished over the last year and a half. It never jams, it's very quick and since it's Bluetooth, I can put it anywhere there's an outlet - it doesn't need to be near a router or plugged into Ethernet!I was concerned at first because their app seemed a little outdated, but it was updated maybe a month ago which shows me that people are still supporting this and it wasn't some cheapo printer a company tossed out into the ether with an app that was working *just enough*. There were UI improvements, QoL improvements - I'm honestly impressed with the update.My literal only gripe with it is the label roll holder. It's detached so if one part gets bumped, you run the risk of a crooked or crinkled label. That's an easy fix if it bothers you that much, you can just tape them to a stationary piece of cardboard if you want a super quick fix. I haven't even bothered with that so it clearly isn't a deal breaker. Plus I can think of situations where having a roll holder be separated could be a good thingAll in all, as a (very) small "business" owner, I love this. My eBay game looks so much more professional with just this small upgrade. Can't recommend it enough!Now if I could just convince our logistics department to give one of these a shot...

Needed something small enough to have on my desk and good enough to print out USPS labels. This did just the trick. I initially had a little trouble setting it up with the app but customer service was very helpful in troubleshooting. Everything working great as advertised. Also love that it comes with a little pack of labels so it’s ready to go right out the box.

All i can tell you is this thing is super easy to use. App is very user friendly. Prints are clear. Works flawlessly and glitch free. I'm very glad I came across these printers and made this purchase. No more paying $1 a print for my shipping labels. As for how it holds up long term, I can't say as I've only had for couple days. But, seems to be of good quality, not some cheap piece of garbage. I recommend this 10/10

Der Thermodrucker ist einer der besten Investitionen, die ich je getätigt habe. Ist klein, einfach zu handhaben, schnell verbunden per Blue Tooth, schnell gedruckt und wieder im Schrank. Riesenzeitersparnis, Nie wieder selber Adressen schreiben, Etiketten für Gewürze und Co sind professionell gedruckt. Einfach toll das Teil. Mir fehlt nur noch dass es in Farbe drucken könnte und ich wäre im Himmel ;-)

This label printer is an amazing, essential item for anyone who either runs a business, or who sends a lot of parcels from home. It completely cuts out the need for a visit to the post office, and allows postage labels to be printed from home at a cheaper price, making it more cost effective and efficient (meaning this item will essentially pay for itself over time). It is a very compact item, so it can fit into any home office no matter the size without getting in the way.Setting up the label printer for use is extremely quick and easy, as it only requires it to be plugged into a socket and then turned on from the machine and it's ready to go. Feeding the labels into the machine is also a really quick and easy task, and the machine will automatically line the label up to the right position if the on button is clicked when it flashes red. As the machine prints using heat instead of ink, it is very cost effective, and requires no ink refills, saving on time, maintenance and cost.The app that the label printer runs off of is very quick and easy to use, and the app is clean, simple and uncluttered. This makes printing the labels really hassle free. I can't find a single fault with this item, it's a really useful tool for postage, and an extremely great value for money item.
