This organizer is perfect. Perfect size and a great amount of dividers. I was looking for the perfect book/organizer for my bills. This is excellent and very well made. Great quality and love the colors.

My high school kids love these. I have bought them for a few years now. They are able to use it for most of their classes as it has multiple folders in one. It is great quality and lasts the entire year. We could have used it again for the next year, but I did buy new ones since they got a lot of wear and tear in one year.

It's a 5-star purchase in every respect except ... it did not come with labels; regular file labels are too big (tall) for the tabs; there's no indication you can write on the tabs (and no way to ask questions), and I'm not going to buy a label-maker just for this. Like many, I got it for tax papers. Not only are the clear section covers easy to get papers in and out of but also shaped to hold them securely in when they're in, but the sections are just big enough that the corners of paper don't get bent when you shut the folder -- and...when you're dealing with papers on the fly at tax prep time, the tabs make it possible to use the sections as glorified file folders giving you quick access to papers (you don't have to tuck papers you're working with back inside the secure section holders while you're working with them). Afterward, the papers are neatly sorted into categories in the folder, so I can separate the categories of papers with colored sheets of paper and transfer them to a file folder holding that year's tax papers. Then the folder goes in the bottom file drawer of my desk and becomes the repository for tax papers for the current year, it's tabbed sections once again serving as file folders I can just drop papers into (occasionally tucking them into the more secure sections as I have time and inclination). I've only had this thing a day and love it already. If I could only figure out what to do about labeling the tabs.

When I say it's in the exact same condition as when purchased, I am being literal. If you're looking for an organizer that will last years, this is it. I'm a home heath RN. As such, I carry a ton of forms, and organization was a nightmare until I got this folder. Keep in mind that all of my equipment gets a lot of use.Heavy duty: I've used this for 3 months now pretty heavily and it's in the same condition as when it arrived from Amazon.Holds a ton!: I have multiple copies of each form I need, with a different set in each pocket. It opens and closes easily, and even when full the pages turn easily as I flip to get to the correct pocket. The large tabs are also incredibly durable.Color and tab organization: each set of pockets is color coded, and has large tabs that stick out enough to be easily viewed. I've not labeled mine simply because our forms change often and I've been to busy, but I do plan to add labels from the label maker. I've tested them and they're easy to remove from the tabs.
