All channels are in-phase, phantom powering microphones works, seems well-built. It has lasted a year of occasional use with no problems. I am initially very satisfied and considering getting more. I wish they had a version with low-profile XLRs and that they specified which AES72 variation Is being used, but whichever one it is seems to work just fine.

The ethercon plug is sturdy and nothing wrong there but the xlr tails are very poorly made. Very cheap and upon arrival a few were not working so a refund was requested. Save yourself the time and effort and just get something a little more expensive with a better build quality, especially the xlr tails.

Work great. I like the tails for going to 4 outputs or inputs. I mix and match with another brand and style. These at the board, and the box style at the mics. Works as expected.

I was reluctant to to try this item but found it i cured my problem very quickly.

After a few months of gigging, mounted in a rack, one of the four channels is dead. Can’t trust it for working.
