MagSwitch Operation:
The magnet close to the magnetic proximity switch about 0.5-1 cm, then the magnet away from the magnetic proximity switch for a certain distance (typically 3-5 cm or more). Then start counting.
Reset Operation:
When use the "RESET" button on panel, the back doesn't need to be connected. Press the "RESET" button, it will display "88888", then release it, back to 0.

I had to go online to figure out how to attach this to my knitting machine... once I figured it out I was able to install it... It would be helpful if instructions were in English and additional materials included to attach to machine... the counter works great so far and seems to keep accurate count of rows.

It worked really well for the first couple of weeks, now it seems to be skipping rows and I have to mark my knited rows down. I bought this because the Sentro I bought had a crappy row counter that lasted about a day.
