I was nervous about using this, as I have never used a sill pan before. What concerned me was the depth. It was a perfect fit. It laid down with the edge overhanging my 3/8" siding on our shed, and the inside just slightly beyond the edge of the door sill. I think it would have been perfect if the outside siding had been 1/2", but not beyond that. The PVC cement set up quickly. It did however soften the underlying oil based paint I had put on the floor two days earlier, which is something I had done for extra protection, which is not normally done in a door installation. The price was higher than other sources, but instead of waiting a week or more from a Home Depot or Lowes, it was here the next day, so I can't complain.

Was having leaking door issues on a newly installed exterior door, which still leaked whenever it rained despite having the installers/contractors come to try and fix it a few times. Ended up buying this product as a last resort, and decided to install it myself. Haven't had any issues since. Not one drop has gotten past this thing, it's fantastic!

I am giving the product 5 Star’s because it is well designed and installing is very easy. However the price point is a bit steep. I have used other brands and have achieved like results. But if you need it in a hurry, the big box stores will take a lot longer to come in. Therefore I chose to get the product quickly and purchased it thru Amazon.

Good product, easy to install but I hear you can get a lower price at other places...

I had used these in the past. I had to replace a door again after 20 years. 20 years later, the sill area under the failed door sill was like the day of installation. Comes with the glue. Just cut to fit. If you are building a home, demand your builder to put them under every door.

Bought this hoping to retrofit my back door, then discovered that this is only for generic, standard new construction applications. My door sill sits on a ledge, so it wouldn't fit. If you are doing a remodel, or have an old house (like mine), this might not work for you. I ended up doing what I should have done from the start and made my own pan from sheet flashing.

As advertised. Center piece makes it easily adjustable, will not wear out., No excuse to not use.
