I have brought three cups from them yes one of them was broken but I have spoke to the company and they replaced it and got the next cup within three days. It happens! There porcelain cups... Ur getting them by mail depends how the mailing service handles the product. If u work with them, they work with you. I give them a five because my aunt loved her sake gift with no complaints and great customer service. They r very polite and understandable. I got my broken cup replaced. I am a happy camper!!' So I recommend anyone to buy from them.
