This part isn't quite as perfect cosmetically as the original OEM part, but it's very close and most people probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference. It fit perfectly without any issues (very easy to install). Also, keep in mind that if any of the posts on the side of the seat that connect to this part are broken, you will need to purchase the entire seat control switch before this will work.

I decided to get this replacement since Tesla service quoted me a few hundred to repair it. I found out that the estimate may have been correct since the entire control module needed to be replaced - not just this button cover. There is an additional piece that typically breaks off with the bottom seat adjustment button, so if you find that it does not stay fixed on, you may be missing this piece as well and require the entire module to be replaced.
