I have several "barn" hats that were pretty trashed. I tried the dishwasher cleaning method and that just made them saggy and left the sweat and dirt marks. I used this cleaner and my hats look so much better and the brow band actually went back to white! I then used it on my kids hats that were dirty from various things and saw great improvement. The foam and brush are super easy to use and I appreciate that it isn't scented and is a green product. Even after using the cleaner on a pile of hats, I still have a ton left- god value for the price.

I ordered it one but didn't receive it so I tried ordering it again i finally received it. Works very well, I forgot to take before pictures but believe me it's a good cleaner. There's no scent. I think it good for the price.

The scent is mild and actually cleans as good as washing your hat (if that’s the last resort). I would recommend, but the price is a bit high for a small bottle.

I have a 30+ year old Stetson felt hat that I took to the cleaners twice with no appreciable results and had pretty much given up on ever getting it clean again. I was going to buy a new one, but of course now they’re close to $200 so in desperation I bought this product. I used it right away and was surprised at how great the results were. it was easy to use and the two or three worst spots on my hat are just about like new again and it looks great. It came fast and it was very easy to use.

Never used this product in the past so I purchased based on reviews. Should have known better. First, and really the biggest issue, is the provided brush. Following the instructions I applied the product to the brush and began applying. I used light strokes and almost immediately I noticed the bristles of the brush coming out. I thought maybe it was just a few loose ones due to manufacturing. Nope. By the time I finished the brim and crown of the cap was cover in loose bristles. After taking the cap outside to remove the pile of bristles off I used a microfiber cloth, which was NOT included and not mentioned needing in the ad, I left the cap to dry. Once dry I found absolutely no change in the condition of the cap. Having only minor sweat marks I thought this stuff would do the trick. Here again, NOPE.Not worth the time and effort using a product that purports to work that does nothing. Someone at the company needs to also work on the brush issue. Buyer beware….

Cleaned my hats right up and was simple to use. Only thing I would say is my hats didn't have grounded in dirt. This was for dust and dirt that were on top. Made my hats look new.

Had a slight mark on the undervisor of my fitted hat, this has now added more stains around the skirting of the visor, its now worse than what it was. Now I've wasted money on this and the hat
