I bought this rain suit for my daughter to ride her motor scooter to work, just a 30 minute ride away. It is sold as waterproof but it most certainly is not, even in a light rain. I'd attempt to get a refund but since she has worn it not sure if I can.

It's fine to keep the wind off but as soon as it rained I was wet through from the waist down. I looked into the suit later and could see light getting in.
