This Made in China lid is sold by JEGS thru Amazon. First thing I noticed was how light the lid felt and the next thing was the feel of the sharp edge. The chrome finish is ok for general use but my 50 year old lid had more reflection. 1st photo is reflection test old lid is on the right. 2nd & 3rd photo is the sharp edge compared to the rolled edge on my old lid. 4th & 5th photos are the center recession where the wing nut goes. My old one is much deeper. 6th & 7th photos compare the weights, and my old lid is heavier. In my humble opinion and being a car guy all my life. This lid is ok for general purpose or temporary use but not worth it for the money. Price + shipping and tax = $30.87 Also I don’t think the chrome is very thick and may not hold up long before it rusts. I found a company in PA that will sell me a reproduction chevy lid with all the features I want for $10 more than this one cost. There is a 30 day return on this item, but now I find out I have to pay for shipping back to JEGS. Not a happy camper right now.

Not much to say other than it’s a perfect fit with a flat, smooth top that accepted the decal perfectly.
