This is a cute Western style bolo tie. The braids are nice and long and pliable, not too stiff. The clasp is a little loose. It may need frequent tightening as it is worn. The Bolo is made of metal and has a horseshoe design with red jewel and eagle. It will go well with my cowboy hat. It is a great piece of costume jewelry, not an expensive item.

This is a nice looking bolo tie. I think the eagle design even brings a bit of patriotism.The glue on the ruby was a titch sloppy. At first I thought the corners of the ruby were damaged, but it turned out to be just excess glue which I was able to scrape off easily enough.The rope adjusts easily and stays put with a simple clasp. The ends are weighted with intricate designs.

I love a good bolo tie. I really like the overall look of this Cowboy hat one. The hat adds some whimsy and playfulness to it, and the gold and silver look really good together and not too cheap. The rope itself is tan / a light shade of brown, and the clip is easy to use and adjust.
