Note:
- Do not adjust the knob when the machine is not running, to prevent the circlip from being broken and causing the belt to deviate.
- After adjusting the position of the sanding belt to the correct position in the middle, turn the knob reversely to rotate half a circle, so that the fixed effect can be exerted.
How to Install the Sanding Belt?
When installing the sanding belt, please keep the arrow on the belt in the same direction of the arrow on the machine, which enables the belt a longer service life, avoiding leaving scratches on the board.
7 Amp Belt Sander with 2 in 1 Vacuum Adapter
Jellas 7Amp 3"x21" belt sander is on the powerful side, able to strip down a piece of wood in a short amount of time. Smoothing and shaping wood best on large, flat surfaces. The belt sander includes a 2 in 1( 32mm and 35mm) vacuum adapter to connect to a vacuum cleaner.
10Pcs Sanding Paper
(60 or less) Grit - Very Coarse - Material removal, heavy paint removal, shaping wood.
(80-100) Grit - Coarse - Paint removal, rough surface preparation (e.g. non-planed wood).
(120-150) Grit - Medium - Surface preparation planed wood.
(180-220) Grit - Fine - Sanding between coats.
240 or more - Very Fine - Final finishing.
Warm Tips:
√Always ensure that the machine is switched off and plug is removed from the power point before making any adjustment.
√Run the sander for a minute or to ensure correct alignment before using the sander on a workpiece.
√For longer periods of use or on large pieces of work, it is advisable to use a suitable vacuum cleaner. (32mm and 35mm vacuum cleaner ports both fit Jellas Belt Sander)
Steps to attach a sanding belt:
Step 1, Select the required grade of sanding belt.
Step 2, Pull the belt tension lever
Step 3, When attaching a sander paper, please slip a sanding belt by the direction of arrow shows on the sander.
Step 4, Fold down the lever
Step 5, While the belt is running slowly, adjust the tracking adjustment knob to align the belt to the center of the roller.
Step 6, Repeat the trigger action and tracking adjustment until the belt is aligned correctly.
Step 7, Before using the sander on the workpiece, run the sander for about one minute to ensure correct alignment.
Do not continue to use the sander with a sanding belt that is overworn or damaged. Do not use the same sanding belt for wood and metal. Metal particles become embedded in the belt and will scour a wooden surface.

Very impressed with this belt sander. Not only does it work great in the traditional fashion, but to turn it over, clamp it down and use it as a bench top sander is incredible.Powerful, easy to use, and extremely well built!Highly recommend.

The price was right and although it looked a bit plasticky and cheap I thought I would take a chance. I'm glad I did. I don't usually revue a product unless it really stinks or is well above average in value. Happily this was the case here. This sander is much quieter than my old one, the dust collection is excellent for a belt sander, easy to use and adjust and quite powerful and efficient even though smaller than my old sander, doesn't overheat even when I was pushing it pretty hard. The bench clamps work great and allows it to be used as a fixed sander for small pieces and sharpening tools. I tossed my old one in the trash.

This sander is easily one of the best bang for buck in regards to use, cost and function. There are better ones out there but nothing that touches the price.It’s heavy and has quite the handle placement but its powerful and easy to use. Dust collection was not the best but it will work. Love the upside down mounting feature it is been turned into a belt sander that I use for all my hand held pieces.

I bought this during "black friday" week. I bought it because of the extra hold-downs [in case I needed to simulate permanent disc sander] Yesterday while building a "shiplap" wall for my daughter, wouldn't you know -- the last slat was proud at one end. I thought BINGO, I'll break open the box. The sander worked very well and the slat fit perfectly. While I bought it for the extra feature, I used it the traditional way and it worked great.It's light and maneuvers well.Glad I had it in my arsenal of tools...

I looked at more expensive sanders, but decided to give this one a try because of the clamps to hold sander to table and extra sanding belts. Had to repaint half my deck that I paid professional painters to do. Their prep work was so bad the paint started peeling after a year. So I bought this sander to to the prep work properly. It did great!!!

This works but the steel spring to hold the dust catcher on, will NOT go over the tube...I have not given up, but so far nothing I have tried have opened it big enough to go over the plastic tube they provided. It comes with belts which is nice and it is solid and seems well built.

I bought this belt sander because of the vacuum attachment so as to limit sanding dust. I am renovating an old home with original oak floors from the 1940’s. The sander with my shop vac attached performed really well keeping dust to almost zero. The pictures attached represent a room of about 150 sq ft and I was able to complete the sanding in about 4 hrs. I had to stop once to empty my shop vac and clean the filter one time when I noticed the vac wasn’t sucking up the sanding dust very well. Obviously you can’t get all the edges along the wall, that work I completed with a palm sander or sanding by hand.The belt stayed centered fine. My only complaints would be the the manual speed adjustment seems funky once the sander gets hot, it seems to just want to run at full speed and the rollers that the belt rides on are some type of hard rubber which gave off a noticeable smell of burning rubber.If you just want a belt sander for casual use, this is a great sander, especially with the vacuum attached you get virtually no dust. If you are using it for long periods and heavy use, if you can live with no speed control and the rubber rollers, the sander works great.I would purchase this sander again just for the ability to attach my shop vac.

Después de utilizarla unos minutos fue imposible graduar la velocidad, permanece constante. Por otro lado los sujetadores para fijarla a la mesa son muy pequeños y no caben en un banco de trabajo. Imaginé que está marca mantendrÃa altos estándares, pero me equivoqué.
