Up to now the only languages available for setting up Alexa in this Jensen Radio were US English, UK English and Germany. I'd understood that Alexa could be set for many languages, I also asked the Jensen Alexa if "she" would speak Spanish or Portuguese or French and the answer was yes for all these 3 languages, just need to be set. May be I'm doing something wrong or there is an updated instructions or firmware. I would appreciate a suggestion.

Having read the setup instructions carefully, I was still unable to achieve any use from this radio.Mounting instructions are clear and easy, but SETUP instructions are contradictory and confusing.

Not easy to set up. Never been able to initialized item following instructions but it worked anyway. Sound is good and the display is very bright. I bought it used so for the price i paid very happy .

This is meant for an old phone. Would not sync with S22 android phone, not sure of year of phone but got it new.

Instructions are easy to follow on how to get it to connect to wifi in the home. Template given to line up screws to attach to under counter were spot on. No complaints.

Be aware this unit only operates with an internet connection or bluetooth connection to an audio source. This is not an AM/FM radio. Audio quality is blah, there is no way to adjust treble or bass, only the volume. For the price, you would probably just as well off to buy an Echo speaker with Alexa. In fact, if you don't need radio or music just get the Echo Flex. It provides all the Alexa features at a fraction of the cost.
