We were very pleased with the Nickle Plated chain that we received. The company shipped the chain very quickly and we received it way ahead of the estimated delivery date. The quality is equivalent or better than other brands of chain we have used. It runs smooth and was easy to cut to size. We are hoping that the nickle plating will make it easier to keep the rust at buy but, regardless, it looks really nice.

The chain is very well made, upon close inspection all the parts seem very smooth and the chain works really well with my Liftmaster gate opener. I bought 5 pieces, hooked them all together and then put in on my opener. The chain is pre-lubricate, VERY well, so it's a little messy and some silicone gloves were useful to keep your hands clean.

Worked with my craftsman 29 inch snowblower. Hardest part is separating the length you need. I used a hammer and a chisel. That actually went really fast. That sacrifice that one link. Like they said hopefully no rusting.

Bought this to replace the chain used to drive a reel mower. Works great. I expect it will last as long as I do (now 70).

Very reasonable price and relatively easy to install. If you don't have a tool known as a "chain break" then you can use a hex nut on a hard surface and drive the pin out to create the proper size chain. Also, please note that an old chain will stretch. Mine was between 1/2 and 3/4 of a link larger than the new chain at about 20 inches of length. Usually you would want to subtract that partial link so that the chain doesn't come off the sprockets. Master link was easy to install after using a piece of copper wire and twisting the end until the space for the master link was correct and it easily slid into place. Mine is installed on a reel type lawn mower. After installing the new chain, operation is much quieter than it has been for years.

I purchase four sets of these chains three months ago installed them and applied chain lube for added protection. Sad to say the chains are rusting quicker than I expected. They are no better that the standard black metal chains available. I plan on replacing them with stainless steel chains in the near future, waste of money.
