Got these for myself. They work great, the velcro holds well. The straps can dig in a little but it's not bad. Weights are spaced good. They are easy to use and just works great.

When I first tried them they seemed much too heavy so I started a return but then I explored them a little more and found the zipper where I could take out a bit of weight. I canceled my return because now they’re great!

I have another set of ankle weights that are much better and easier to use. These have small pockets filled with what I am guessing is shot for re-loading shotgun cartridges. The older ones I have are small solid bars and I have not located all of my weights, and a lot easier to use. I got these as I needed them for physical therapy exercises and I couldn't find the other set. I did find them recently but not all of the weights. These are OK, just not easy to use, it's hard stuffing the pouch with beads into a small opening.

I like how the weights fit on my ankles. They are also accurately weighted at the 2 lbs. I ordered. Some other brands are not.

En mi opinión vienen mal cocidas y el hilo no es el adecuado ya que se rompió de las divisiones y de la cintilla a la segunda puesta. Las ocupo para gimnasia olÃmpica no resistieron.

My mother broke her arm and her ortho suggested weighted wristbands to help straighten it. Took a bit to find ones that were a good price and comfortable for her, but these do the trick

These are way too long to fit a woman's wrist or arm without it sliding down or off. Unless you pull it SO TIGHT it cuts your circulation. Do not buy if a woman
