I had been printing shipping labels on a laser printer and cutting and taping it to my packages. I bought the thermal printer from them along with their labels and have been very happy. Prints clear, sticks well, is oil and grease resistant. Wish I had bought sooner.

Love this. It's easy to put together. Small in size so it doesn't take up a lot of space. Very convenient and helpful

The first printer would not recognize the label size, had to return it. The second one appears to work okay, hopefully it will remain working okay, but the first experience just puts doubt in my mind for reliability over time, we will see!
