This Wireless Remote is designed for cameras that has a remote shutter socket. The system works at a 433MHZ frequency and has 16 available channels. In addition, this wireless remote system adopts a technology to allow the transmitter trigger the receiver without direct line of sight up to 30 meters / 100 ft. The transmitter can trigger the camera shutter at five modes: single shot, 5 seconds delay shot, 3 continuous shots, unlimited continuous shots and bulb shot/bulb lock.

Important - How to use:
1. Install the CR-2 battery to the receiver and 23A battery to the transmitter. (Make sure to remove the plastic protective paper on the battery before installation)
2. Set the receiver and transmitter to the same channel (Normally the channel is already matched when you receive the package, so actually you don't need to set it, but if you ever reset the channel, make sure they are the same)
3. Once the batteries are properly installed and the channels are matched, when you press the shutter button on the transmitter, both the LED bulb on the transmitter and receiver will light up. (If not, please check if the battery is installed correctly or the battery is dead)
4. Once the transmitter matches the receiver, connect the receiver to the camera via the camera connecting cable which is included in the package, then set the transmitter into the working mode you want and finally press the shutter button to take a photo wirelessly.
Attention Please: This remote does not work when camera is in movie mode, so it cannot control video start and stop!
1/4"-20 Screw Hole on Receiver
The 1/4"-20 screw hole on the back of receiver allows you to mount the receiver on tripod or other devices with 1/4"-20 screw when camera without standard hot shoe or hot shoe is occupied.
16 Channels, Easy to Pair
This remote works at 433MHZ frequency and has 16 available channels. There are 4 different channel selectors on the back of transmitter and receiver, just need to push the channel selector in the same number and direction to complete the pairing.

I bought this to use on a Canon SL1 camera. It works perfectly. The remote has multiple functions, allowing me to release the shutter in various modes without changing the settings on the camera. The only drawback is the rather large battery for the receiver. It will be a special order to replace it, but given the size, it will probably be a while before I need to replace it.

I bought this remote because the last one I had (different type) wasn't very reliable.The box had a tear in it, but there was no damage to the product. It has everything you need including the batteries. Be sure to properly connect the cable from the receiver to the camera as noted in the instructions (the 90 degree connector plugs into the camera).I've used this for a couple of days with no issues. I can't comment on the battery life simply because I haven't had it long enough to give a rating. I was able to connect to the receiver from about 23 feet away before I had to extend the antenna on the transmitter. I'm not sure what circumstances would cause me to be that far away from the camera, but good to know I can should the need ever come up.The receiver fits securely on the hot shoe, but you don't need to mount it there if you use a flash. I don't like to use a flash so mounting the receiver there is very convenient.I generally set my camera to continuous shooting, but found that the remote is so sensitive that it tends to take two photos at a time. Setting to a single shot resolves this.The remote also has a 5 second timer and a continuous shooting setting, although on my Canon t7, the continuous didn't do anything. Not a problem, I just change the camera settings to continuous shooting and hold the shutter release on the transmitter.If I notice a significant short life on the batteries, I'll add that information to this review. But so far I'm extremely satisfied with this product. The price is very reasonable.

This is awesome!! Perfect for capturing those family photos while being in the photo. No more running fast and hoping for the best. This amazing gadget saves so much time and energy. Great quality and easy to attach to your camera & use. Would definitely recommend to any photographer friend!

Needed this to set up a photo booth type rig for a party. Worked great and was easy enough for children to use. I recommend adding some sort of strap if you do this because the remote is on the smaller side.

This is probably one of the smartest things I bought for my photography gear. I use it every day. I'm actually in the process of considering to get another one this week can't say enough about the product and I enjoy it so much and you will too.

It works fine, but it's a huge downside that the remote cannot be turned off. If you forget to remove the battery when you're done using it, it'll be dead when you reach for it again.

Works really well!I needed a remote control with a longer range than the standard small remote control for my Canon Ti Rebel 3. This one works really well. Nice feature is have it in burst of several shots: one click and several shots.We were able to take family pictures without a photographer. I mounted it on the top of the camera and used it without flash light. I believe you can't use flash light if mounted on the top as the flash light can't pop out as the receiver is on the way; however, at the distances we were taking pictures, you can't use flash light anyway.Can't go wrong with this one especially with the low price.
