Needed this to pit cherries so my toddler could try and eat some. Easy to use. Once in a blue moon a pit would still hang on by a thread, but really - that's not a problem. Works quickly, easily, and leaves a nice pitted cherry in the end. Now, I've got a happy cherry stained toddler.

Does the job in half the time with half the mess of the metal pitters. Didn’t matter what angle I put the cherry in the seed still came out clean every time.

I love this thing! I'm a cherry lover and have always gotten so messy digging the pits out. This pitter makes quick work of pounds of cherries with very little mess - even my children were able to use it easily. I gave it four stars because my only nitpicky thing is if you accidentally turn the handle, the lock kicks in.

I've purchased various Joie products over the years and have enjoyed the cheerful designs they offer along with quality products. This is not one of them! The spring sticks and we are finding it entirely frustrating and ineffective for getting pits out of cherries. I'm not sure if we got a dud or if it's just a poorly produced product.

I’m always searching for an easy-to-use, gentle-on-the-hands cherry pitter. I’m not saying this is perfect, but it’s the best I’ve found so far.

It took a long time to get here when I thought I was buying an "Amazon Prime" purchase. The product works fine, Sometimes the plunger gets stuck, but just turn it a little. Keeps your hands cleaner than some other types of cherry pitters.

Great size - smaller than most other pitters so fits easily into the drawer. Works great. Only negative - sometimes the bottom of the cherry comes out stuck to the pit so you lose out on about a pit sized circle of the edible fruit. I use this to pit cherries for my toddler and it's so much quicker and then I can just cut up the cherries after. I don't get cherry juice splashing. Love that there is a slot for the cherries and they aren't in the air so quick to pop it in and use. Sometimes a little more difficult to push through a few when I do a bunch, but all in all for the price and result, totally worth it.

Der Entkerner hat es leider nur ca bei der Hälfte der Kirschen geschafft den Kern zu entfernen. Die Kirsche muss richtig platziert sein sonst hat man keine Chance. Schon das Platzieren der Kirsche dauert meiner Meinung nach viel zu lange und ist sehr umständlich. Auch die Reinigung nimmt einiges an Zeit in Anspruch.

Does exactly as it says it does. Make a it much easier to have cherries cut up for my kids and for baking and using cherries in smoothies.

Nach ein paar kirschen ist das grüne oben abgebrochen und war nicht wieder zu befestigen. Ist gleich wieder zurück gegangen
