Super easy option for a healthy high protein meal/snack. Perfect fluffy egg bites within 2 minutes. The directions say to use 2 to 3 eggs but in my opinion 2 eggs seem to work best. Be sure to only fill up half way to allow the eggs to rise properly.

1st picture is ⅔rds of egg mixture and then added about 1tbsp each of extras, microwaved for 2½-3 mins; the egg mix rose up a few inches past the lid and then deflated. 2nd and 3rd picture i put a glass measuring cup with about a cup of water, for weight, and used same amount of egg mix and extras, it came out so much better. i had tried the pressure cooker and they were too wet and rubbery. these in the microwave came out perfect; moist and tasty. No need to oil or grease, they don't stick and just fall right out. Very easy to clean. Used a dozen of eggs with a splash of water and made 16 delicious egg bites.

2 eggs, some shredded parmesan, salt, pepper, basil, and some chopped frozen spinach. 3 minutes in the microwave, and it's ready. If you like starbucks egg bites but don't want to pay $5 for only two of them, you're going to love this egg bite maker. And you get four with only two eggs!

Egg bites came out blobby. Tasted ok but don’t expect them to be shaped like the mold.

Buy this! Such a wonderful product to have in an office without a stove. You can cook as desired and always eat hot fresh eggs plus it’s so simple to clean - much easier than a pan
