So far it's been working great. I haven't cut the wires down and it's not too organized but everything fits great. Has been outside for about a week now and with some rain and a little snow it's dry inside. Don't know if I will ever use the ventilation fan but at least it's there if I need it this summer.

I'm using this box to house a router in my workshop, so far it's done a fine job of keeping wood dust away from the electronics.The fan should probably come with a fan header connector, or be a 5v usb fan, to simplify powering it, but that's a minor gripe that may not even apply to other users.

Like the title says. Pricey but pretty convenient little project box. Could be a bit sturdier but not bad overall.

Is a good quality weatherproof box that keeps its contents inside of it. Corners are square, sides are level. It opens and it closes.

This arrived with a broken hinge but a replacement was quickly shipped out. The replacement cabinet has been working great! It fits two 12v 10Ah batteries, a driveway gate control board, and a solar controller (not in the photo, but fits in the upper left corner). My system is 24v, so I also added a thermostat switch and 24v to 12v transformer to run the fan, which helps keep the cabinet cool.

Great box -- wish this was around like 10-15 years ago.. was a specialty item.... Comes with pole-mount accessories and also stuff that allows you to screw stuff in this box without it poking out the back. I'll be buying more. Pretty high quality for this price..

Have it installed indoor, like the little fan to cool down the equipment inside.

Good case for the price hope the closures don't break as plastic. I would not use outside. I use it inside in a garage to house a switch and some power bricks for security cameras. The exit fan to remove hot air from the box blows thru a filter? IMO the exhaust fan should blow outside unrestricted. In the case of outside use perhaps the filter helps prevents water from getting in but very little air is coming out and in the case this box is outside in the heat this fan is useless as it is so tiny. Deciding now whether to remove the filter material for inside use.
