This is such a wonderful surprise. The new design is genius! The sides are 3†high and slightly sloped so it holds much more than other pans. The pan is made very well, and coated perfectly. No sticking and easy to clean. I have used it several times and have fallen in love with the versatility, meatloaf, casseroles of all kinds, and many different desserts. This pan bakes much quicker than all others. It bakes outside in and now inside out. The second golden edge is great on Mac and cheese! Once you get one you won’t go back to your old 9x13. Thank GOD for this new pan! I have now used this wonderful pan more than 30 times and it has never had any bending or warping even at very high temps. Getting better with every use!

Can’t believe someone just thought of this. It works as good as the description says. I like the more crispier edges with the center.

I’ve already got mine. Used it many times so far and it really is a great product. Never even thought of a temperature difference while making casseroles. Love that every piece has a crispy edge. Made a cake in it and it shortened the bake time by about 15-20 minutes I’d say. Really great material and super super easy to clean. I really just wipe it clean with a wet towel and it’s perfect. A big plus is when I made my cake it didn’t stick or cling to the pan. I didn’t ever use cooking spray. It’s basically replaced all of my other baking dishes. Really really great product. I see it going very far.
