I have purchased two of these thus far; one of them broke on a job and it was promptly replaced. When it works, it drills through anything in a timely fashion. Its my go-to, for wire runs through exterior walls.

I was only able to get through one metal header before the shaft snapped off. It was the perfect tool for the door I was working on but it is now stuck in a wall

Got this because I only wanted to cut a small section of wall for running Ethernet cables it worked great.
