I got the JONR P20 Pro as a gift for my mother in law because she wanted a robot vacuum that could do the job without being too expensive. After helping her set it up and testing it out, I am honestly surprised by how much it offers for the price.Setting it up was really simple. Most of the parts come already assembled, so all I had to do was attach the side brush, snap on the mops, and fill the water tank. The base station was ready to go after adding a small extension plate and plugging it in.The performance has been great. The suction power is strong enough to handle all kinds of debris, and the mop lift works well on carpets. I love how close it gets to edges, picking up dust and crumbs that tend to collect there. The extendable mop arm is also a nice touch because it really gets into corners better than most other robot vacuums I have used.The app is super easy to use, which I think is one of the best parts. It uses the Xiaomi app, and even though my mother in law is not very tech-savvy, she found it pretty intuitive. You can schedule cleanings, set no-go zones, and create maps for different floors. It even tracks cleaning times and battery life, which is really handy.One thing I noticed is that it does not have an AI camera, so obstacle detection is not perfect. It bumps into things sometimes, but you can fix that by setting up zones in the app. It is also worth mentioning that it only works with 2.4 GHz WiFi, so getting it connected took me a little longer since 5 GHz is more common here.Overall, it is a solid vacuum. The plastic does not feel super premium, but for the price, it is hard to complain. It does what it is supposed to do.

Needed for pet hair, and loose litter maintenance. It seem to push hair into the carpet more than pick it up.

I really wanted this to be a great buy but it's just not. It literally doesn't do the one thing it's supposed to do, vacuum the floor. I have let it run in the same room a couple times in one day and still had to go in behind it and sweep up the mess it just pushes around. I have tried turning the suction up as high as it goes and still doesn't pick up the dirt and dog hair. Maybe this would be great for a very small area with no kids or pets but the large area it's advertised as being able to clean is just not accurate. This machine is very loud like loud as a full size upright vacuum.

I’ve only had this a month and, so far, it’s pretty good at cleaning, but it has some issues. Its ability to map the room is super challenging because the app isn’t that easy to use. It doesn’t get an entire room and misses rooms altogether. I’ve had to delete and redo maps a few times because it keeps missing rooms. It mops decently, but could do better. It has a relatively low noise level and the battery life is about two hours. Overall, it does a decent job for light maintenance.I did contact their customer service and they’ve been responsive and helpful.

Tolles Gerät! Ein Alleskönner!Findet die Station jederzeit problemlos, obwohl ich die Station in eine eher ungeeignete Ecke gestellt haben. Die Station reinigt auch die Pads sehr zufriedenstellend. Dass absaugen von Staub und Schmutzwasser, sowie die Füllung vom sauberen Wasser funktioniert reibungslos.Reinigt gut, wobei man natürlich nicht erwarten kann, dass er harte Verschmutzungen ohne Probleme beseitigt.Die Lautstärke ist überraschend leise und somit nicht störend. Nur das absaugen des Staubes ist klar zu vernehmen.Die Navigation ist gut. Erkennt alle Räume bis in die Ecken und umkurvt die meisten Hindernisse spielerisch.Steuerung über die App ist intuitiv und gut.

Estoy súper contenta con esta compra, después de varios robots de distintos y ninguno me ha funcionado bien, este es una maravilla hace el mapeo completamente solo, tiene bastante potencia al aspirar y fregar estupendamente, la baterÃa le dura mucho, encima habla te dice lo que le va haciendo falta en cada momento , de tirar el agua sucia y que poner agua limpia, a cada momento va tira el agua sucia y recoge limpia y si quiero que solo me limpia una zona de la casa nada más hay que señalar en el mapa y va y limpia la zona señalada.
