Description says they are flexible and they are not. They aren't 100% rigid, but you certainly can't flex them into a funnel like the pampered chef ones! I do love their size so I am keeping one set of the two sets I bought. They are not blue-ish at all, as my screen shows, which was a bummer. They are of different grays. Still very nice! They wash, air-dry, and store easily if you flip flop their holes so they don't nest. The nesting aspect sort of useless, in my opinion, then you have to fumble them apart when grabbing one, because they stick together so well!

I like that you can hang these on the inside of your cabinet door for easy access. Having 3 different colors works well for vegetables, meats, and fruits.The only thing that I believe could be improved is the way it slips if you are using it to cut on a shiny surface.

Il est clair que les coups de couteaux laisseront leurs traces sur toute planche à découper souple, je m'y attendais. Toutefois, ces planches laisseront des morceaux de plastiques dans vos aliments alors que vous les coupez.
