These are a nice inexpensive pair of boots to get your "foot" in the door with the western style. I normally wear a 10 wide, and opted for the 10.5. Surprisingly, they fit my wide foot very well. The rubber sole helps with comfort and I did not notice any discomfort wearing them all night. I am docking 1 star because the "grain" of the fake leather looks awfully unrealistic. No one will be staring at these up close, so it's not that big of a deal. Overall, this is a great pair of western style boots for a very attractive price.

Nice looking boots. Well made, great embroidery detail and they look like real leather. When you feel them, you can tell they're man-made material, but they look great. I ordered a half size up because they look like they don't have much arch or heel support and I wanted to put in a set of plantar insoles. That half size upgrade (10.5 -> 11) worked perfectly for me. They have an interesting side zipper that unzips over the inside of the ankle and gives you just the extra room you need for your toes to navigate the corner and slide nicely into the boot. I've never seen an ankle zipper like that before in any previous boots. It's nice to not have to fight the boot to get it on.These boots have an actual tread that's made for walking around, not the slick flat leather sole on some boots. You may not be able to Electric Slide like you're used to, but you can actually walk on real surfaces without slipping. These boots aren't real leather but it's not at a real leather price either. Recommended.

"Cowboy" style boots are difficult for me to find in my size and comfortable. Usually when I ask for a size 13, I get an emphatic "NO" and that is the end of it. The only ones I had found were generally just glorified work boots. These fit fairly well and are comfortable. The stitching is nice and even. They are soft and pliable straight out of the box without needing to break them in or oil the leather as they are synthetic. The texturing on the material is nice and gives the feel of some exotic skin or special design. The sole is sturdy looking and appears mostly solid, but is flexible enough to not sound like a pair of tap shoes while walking on hard floors. Even the leg is wide enough for me to feel comfortable sitting or standing. Color me impressed! As for the price, a normal pair of these boots runs over $150 easy, and multiple hundreds if you want a really nice pair, so at around $50 these are a steal for some light duty office work or showing off at a party. Just don't try to use them at the rodeo, and definitely don't try to tip the bull with them, and they should be fine. Yippee-Ki-Yay!

Wow, I'm seriously impressed with these Jousen cowboy boots, especially for the price. They've got a cool two-tone look – a lighter brown on the foot and a darker brown on the ankle. The stitching design on the toe and shaft is a nice touch too. Plus, the inside zippers make them so easy to slip on and off. The quality seems great for the price point, and honestly, I don't have any complaints.I usually have a tough time buying shoes online and often have to go up a size, but these fit perfectly in my usual 11.5. They're super comfortable right out of the box! There's plenty of room around the calf, so I can wear my jeans tucked in or out. Whether I'm going out for a night or just want a casual look, these boots are perfect. If you're thinking about getting your first pair of cowboy boots, I highly recommend giving these a try – you won't break the bank, and they look and feel great!

These are really nice boots however they are small for his foot causing them to be too uncomfortable to wear. He did try wearing them for a couple day to see if they just needed broken in however it didn't seem to get any better. I am not sure if it being to narrow is the correct way to describe it because the boot fits the length of his foot but the top of the boot is constantly rubbing and putting pressure on the top of his foot. I asked him he thought getting a size bigger would help and he said that a size bigger would only make the boot longer therefore causing the boot to be too big and still to tight to wear. He really loved the looks of the boot though

I was so excited to get my first pair of cowboy boots, and I just could not wait to try them on. As you can see from the review photo, they are very nicely embroidered on the side. I unzipped the zipper on the side of the boot, slipped my foot inside the boot, then zipped it back up. Wow, I was really impressed with how comfortable these boots really felt. I have a wide foot, so I ordered them a half size larger than I usually wear, and they fit just perfectly. I normally wear a 10.5, so I ordered a size 11 boot. These are nice enough to wear for a night out, but for myself, I would not wear these for ordinary around the house duties, such as in the wood shop or outdoor gardening as suggested on the product page. These boots are great to wear with jeans for a casual night or even to a church social event. I am very happy with the comfort and quality material of these boots. I hope they last me for years to come.
