The other reviews were correct. These bowls are heavy and seem like good quality. They are a bit smaller than what I was hoping for - but that’s my fault since the measurements are clear in the product description. Probably best for small meals or prep, not so much for mixing (except for small quantity). Also, the price was good. Amazing they can be in oven or freezer.

I have a bunch of other bowls for mixing, storage, serving, etc. They are a mix of different colors and sizes. I bought this set to have a size that would replace a large salad bowl that I broke. I eat a large salad daily. I was kinda struck how much I liked the fact that they were so quick to clean up because they are clear. Quick clean up, very durable, a bit heavy but that is ok. Love the lids too.

The bowls are great. We are trying to move away from plastic containers. The lids are really hard to get off.

They're mixing bowls, and they're glass. What else do you need to know? The two largest bowls are really the mixing bowls, the second smallest is like dinner bowl sized, and the smallest is great as a prep bowl or to mix up sauces and the like. They all have lids which feel like silicone or rubber so I'm not worried about plastic chemicals.My only gripe is that the two largest bowls nest together a little too snugly and it can be frustrating to separate them without feeling like I might accidentally drop one or pinch my fingers.

When I first opened the package, I liked the think red and quality of the glass bowls but wasn’t sure about the lids. I still went ahead and used them and sure enough, the lids are not made to fit correctly and secure around the bowls. The material of the lids is hard and not flexible at all. Disappointed in the purchase.

The good: The bowls are deep, making mixing good. They are thick and heavy. Package was good.The bad: The lids don’t fit properly. They are either too tight or too loose. The smallest bowl had a lid so tight, getting it on was difficult, but taking it off was impossible. And grabbing the small bowl trying to rip off the lid is a high probability you will drop and break the bowl. Second smallest bowl lid was so loose you could move it around while it was on. Clearly it would not be airtight. Much less leak proof.I didn’t even try the other two. I left them in their packed box.The neutral: These are smaller bowls than usual. I liked that it had a range on the smaller end. Read the dimensions and you’ll get it. Most mixing bolts are huge and I think we all have one of those anyway.But this is neither good nor bad it would be just a preference.Giving it a low score because the reason I got the mixing bowls was because I needed bowls with lids. These lids are useless.

I was prleasantly surprised at the quality and various sizes of these bowls. I needed something that would fit in a small microwave, and these did not disappoint. I recommend this product to anyone looking for glass bowls with bonus lids. They cradle into the largest bowl and the lids can fit right over the entire stack. Great for small storage spaces. I would buy these again, for sure.
