A pair of shepherds hooks made of good material and good price. Simple slide on extra support legs then screw in two more pieces and stick in the ground; caution when screwing the rods together as over tightening them could lead to breaking off the protective coating/paint.They should slide into your dirt easily enough if you have soft earth. My area is hard desert earth so I had to use my rubber mallet and hammer away to get them in. The support legs started to bend some but that would be expected based on the hard earth and rocks this part of country has.

Used this for holding a hanging plant at a cemetery. It worked, but is not really heavy duty. I bought a different one in addition to this one which was heavier and worked better, however it cost more too…..so there that!

I purchased 4 of these for the Cemetary Wreaths because those Metal flimsy stands tip over in the wind no matter how deep I put them in the ground. These seem like they are going to be the ticket because they really are Heavy Duty and I'll just remove the Rubber floor protectors so I can shove them into the ground this Memorial Day. I'll update to let you know how good or not they work. Stay tuned!!

I bought several of these for a garden project and, while they look very nice, it was only a matter of a few weeks before they began to show visible rust around every screw fitting where the segments connected. By the end of the month they were so rusted that they had become brittle and one of them snapped in half during a storm.

Got these to hang hummingbird feeders on. Like that it's in pieces so I could find the right height. I started with only one of the poles, to keep them low where I could see them. I got an ant catcher for them that drops them almost half a foot, and they were almost to the ground, just summoning the ants. Put that second pole in quickly, and it's perfect. The poles have been moved multiple times, and only on this last round (probably the 5-6th time we've moved it) has anything bent. The main post goes in, then the extra spikes go down over them. When we moved the extra spikes down this time, it bent slightly. I think it had more to do with hastiness than the actual product. I will be buying more for bird houses and additional seed feeders. I would even trust these to the fat squirrel that likes to get in the feeders. I don't think he would take it down, and that's saying something.
