I have been wanting to move from stamped pins to solid pins on my Deutsch connectors. This is a super high quality tool, I am very happy I chose to trust JRready. The kit I bought has attachments for the main three sizes of solid pins. The hand mechanism is easily operated by one hand which is really hand for a lot of wiring jobs. The mechanism is solid and will only open back up once the appopriate amount of force has been applied ensuring that pins are correctly crimped every time. Love this tool and comes in a sleek tool bag.

I'm right handed and found myself using it what I would consider upside down. It worked great. I've never put on douche connectors before and I did 20 connectors and every single one passed continuity tests on the first try. Made the job very easy.

Buy the newer updated version. Or buy another brand, this version has a cheap rubberized handle that slips over the handle, but mine had already split new in the package. You really need a cushioned handle or at least a handle to use these a lot.

Quick to install into the hand tool and makes crimping fast and easy. Seems to line the pins up as expected and has no issues crimping wires in spec for the pins. Very happy.
