Sealing Plugs
- Open cavities provide pathways for contaminants to enter the connectors. To maintain seal integrity, any unused cavity must be filled with the appropriate size sealing plug.
DT Series Connectors
DT series environmentally sealed connectors are designed for cable to cable and cable to board applications. The DT connectors are used in harsh environment applications where even a small degradation in connection may be critical. Thermoplastic housings offer a wide operating temperature range and silicone rear wire and interface seals allow the connectors to withstand conditions of extreme temperature and moisture.

This is as reasonably priced as you will get on good quality Deutsch connectors. I use them for a lot of random things - usually lighting or switches. They are great!

Deutsch makes one of the BEST quick connectors that I know of.These connectors are used on multi million dollar cranes that are in the weather 24/7/365 and rarely fail.Very Good, weather tight connection with minimal resistance through the connector.Deutsch does offer different type of pins (types of metal used) as well as a variety of numbers of pins per connector ( 2 wire / 3 wire / 4 wire / etc up to I believe, 12 pin )Manufacturer specs show 25 amp continuousUp to 150 voltThese do require a specialized crimp tool to properly assemble them - the tools price range varies from $30 - $300. All do the job - just depends on how often you plan on using them.My tool cost me about $230 but I use it weekly and with many different size wires (tool has a wire size crimp adjustment) - - I have had the tool for over 4 years and expect it to last another 20+ years.

I have never used these connectors before, but they are super easy to use and good quality. They keep your connections weather proof. This will be a standard connector for me on vehicles and UTV’s.

Used it for the first time yesterday. They worked okay. The pins have some slop to them that I don't like when installed. However, it doesn't seem to affect performance so far.
