Perfect chord for making stereo to stereo connections via 1/4 inch male. It's also good for recording stereo signals to mono tracks (*note - to do this, read on). I plug one end of the chord 1/4 inch stereo male jack into the headphone output of the devise I need the sound to record, then plug the other end of the chord with the 1/4 inch stereo male jack into the 1/4 inch female jack of a "Y Splitter Chord" which splits to 2 male RCA jack's, then plug the two male RCA jack's into an "Adaptor" that consists of dual RCA jacks to a 1/4 inch mono male jack, then plug the 1/4 inch mono male jack into the devise that I'm making the mono recording on. Wallah - stereo to mono connection ready for recording.

I'm using it for two momentary switches on a pedal for a keyboard, so all it has to get right is on vs off - not a fidelity test. Works great for that. Looks reasonably well built.

I use it for my JCM 900 Dual Reverb head. Both buttons work with this cable. The ends seem really solid, no way to repair with solder, but hopefully that won't be needed. And, with this price, you can buy more.

This cable seems to be made well enough but is definitely not compatible with some items. I've seen so many people saying they got one and used it and it worked just fine. I'd be curious to know what they're using it with. I used it with a Fender amplifier and Fender Stratocaster guitar and got terrible sound quality. Also, if you use it to connect a pedal of any kind you get absolutely no sounds and pedal doesn't even register an input from the amplifier. An absolute waste of money and time. Save yourself the trouble and spend the extra 5 or 10 bucks and get yourself a good, quality, name-brand instrument cable.
