Ever get into a rental car and have it keep asking if you want to connect your phone when you plug it in to charge? I don't want to share my data with a rental car (or anyone else), so I bought these. They allow your phone to charge, but don't allow data transfer (so the car doesn't even ask).I always use these if I plug into a USB plug which isn't mine, as I don't know if it is just a charging plug or trying to get data from my phone.

Build quality of these data blockers was much higher than I expected and perform exactly as advertised. Truly feels like a premium product, I take them with me every trip I go on!

Great for for those who frequently fly and need to charge up. I keep my adapter on my charging cable all the time, that way if I need to charge up using a public usb port I'm already set.

USB cables firmly click in place and are tightly held. My phone recognizes the connection as an AC Charger (no data), and the phone charges about 3x as fast (USB normally limits current to 0.5A when data pins are connected). Overall this is a great product and I would buy it again.

Nachdem ich gelesen hatte, wie einfach es ist Daten auf dein Gerät zu lesen bez. zu kopieren wenn man sein Gerät zum Laden irgendwo anschließt. Ich hoffe, dass ich mit diesem kleinen Stick einfach mehr Sicherheit habe.
