READ THE DESCRIPTIONS of your products! This is exactly as described by the vendor. It's has adequate room for every entry you may have and each letter of the alphabet has been allotted 3-4 pages per letter. There's places for complete information for your entries ( name, address, zip code, phone numbers, email addresses, and an extra couple of lines at the bottom for "Notes" about your entry.) The title page is for your own personal information. Before the alphabetical entry pages begin, there's a personal "Emergency Information" page for the contact information of your local police and fire departments, your doctor, ambulance and hospital preferences, as well as others to contact in case of an emergency. There's places for the names and numbers of your preferred services companies (plumbers, electricians, contractors, etc.) as well as places for your relatives and neighbors for quick reference. Each letter is tabbed and labeled (with 2 and 3 characters assigned to each section) and is easy to flip to. The back contains ample space to record your "Important Passwords" and website information. You have space to write the website name, your username, password, and an added space for notes/hint information. At the end are several pages for recording birthdays, anniversaries, and ends with a few pages for general notes. It has a small "accordion style" folder to hold your smaller items (stamps, paper money, receipts, etc.) There's a ribbon marker built in so you won't lose your place and a handy, elastic pen holder on the side. It comes complete with a piece of heavy duty elastic built into the back cover of the book that is used to ensure your book remains closed when not in use and helps to keep your tabbies from getting squished inside your pocketbook. *NOTE* Each alphabetical entry isn't pre-printed on the pages, so you'll have to assign the letters their own total pages according to your needs. It's rather big, so read the description, but it fits into the middle pocket of my purse just fine. It's made VERY well and amply sturdy. Highly recommend!

With everything going electronic so used to sending out emails or messages, physical addresses to send things to have been lost. But trust me you are going to need them for something, whether it is a wedding invitation, a birthday card (so much better to get one sent to you than emailed to you), a present or just a letter, this is the perfect thing to have.It has quite a few pages for each letter, which is good because people are constantly moving (I'm saying that as a person who lived in 4 states, overseas and multiple addresses in the span of 17 years) or you are adding to the list. It also has pages at the back for birthdays and anniversaries (both really important to remember).And then there is the password section. This is REALLY important, I'm saying that as a person who lost both parents and going through all their accounts, credit cards, bills, etc... would have been really difficult if our dad hadn't written the passwords down. So make sure you have them all written down in this book for not only your sake (because we do forget them sometimes) but also for whoever it is who will be handling your estate if you pass. Even if you just use the book for this it is worth it.

This book was purchased to keep everything in one book vs. multiple books for passwords, phone numbers and addresses. The size seems right and pages are easy to write on. The book comes with a band to place around it to keep closed.

The quality and size are excellent. The hard cover is durable. The paper is slightly off white and thick enough for fountain pen ink. The pages are tabbed and lined. There’s a pocket in back.There’s two marker ribbons, a pen loop and elastic to keep it closed. The only negatives are I’d prefer blank lines rather than labeled ones. I don’t need name, address, etc. I don’t need pages for anniversaries by month, passwords, birthdays, etc. And would prefer blank pages to designate myself. Just a tabbed alphabet is all that’s needed

This address book is one of the best I’ve seen, it’s not over fancy like most of them, it’s also has extra for page’s for password’s, Birthdays Anniversary and note’s. I am totally pleased with this item and would definitely recommend the item and the sellers, first class thank you.
