I am a notary public in Texas and this journal works great for my record keeping. It has inputs for all the information that I need plus more. The main thing that I absolutely love from this journal is the ribbon bookmark that helps me get to the exact page that I am on. It also has a great amount of pages and entries and the size is just perfect to fit in my bag. The thickness and material makes it very durable. I highly recommend this to any notary!

I love it. Use it everyday. It’s hardcover and sturdy. It has an elastic band to close it securely. The entries are large. Worth the buy.

The only complaint I have is that the included privacy guard is too small. What I mean by that is, if you have the left page full of signatures the privacy guard only hides them for the first log on the right. Once you fill in that first log there is no way to cover all the visible logs with just the included privacy guard.
