We bought this for our 5 pound chihuahua, because he was very reactive to loud household appliances and seeing other people/dogs. We have used it for 1 full day and already see positive changes to his barking.We have only used the sound/vibration functions, not the shock functions. While he is still barking occasionally, the sound/vibrations are enough to calm him down. We say “quiet†once to give him a chance to correct his behavior, then progress through the three sounds while repeating “quiet†if he continues to bark. If he continues to bark after that, we start with the vibration settings. He has now learned that “quiet†will lead to the vibration if he does not stop barking.Pros: Effective. Remote is handy, and gives us control. Haven’t had to use the shock yet. Able to decrease the size to fit his small neck. Came fully charged.Cons: bulky on his little body. Does not have a hook to attach his leash.Pricey, but worth it!

I bought this for my 55-pound dog, and it has been working very well so far. I like how easy it is to set up the level for each function, and the battery lasts a long time before needing to be changed again.

I've had this for a couple of months now. It works very well with my 6 month old Lab. He had started getting too rough with my other Lab and with the cats. The beep works wonders and seems to stop him in his tracks. I have used the shock feature and try to do a verbal command, beep. If he doesn't listen I escalate to the shock. My other dog is 9 and very fit but no one wants to be barreled into full speed by a fur missile. This morning the 6 month old started to charge the 9 yo and stopped when I told him, "No!" I didn't need to beep him or zap him. Success!I charge the unit every night so it's ready for the next day. I don't have to, but I don't want to take a chance. It seems to charge quickly and hold the charge. I like the blue collar and really like that it reflects so well aftee dark. My Lab has not gone swimming in it but he has splashed in the kiddie pool and gone fishing face down to the bottom of the pool and the correcting unit was fine.One thing I noticed as well is that the beeps or buzzes seem to pull the dog away from his own focus and bring him back into awareness of my commands. This helps me keep him safe since everything seems to smell better across the road. 🙄

I recently received my Jugbow E-collar and have had wonderful success with Toby, my Golden Retriever. So far, I haven't had to utilize the shock function. The sound and vibrate modes have been enough to keep him from wandering too far or from eating things like trash on walks. My pet has appeared to be more attentive with the collar on without me having to push buttons much at all. I feel much more comfortable with him off leash knowing he has his Jugbow on. Fantastic range & simple to use!
