They work great as water spikes, or as I uses them for caves for my plecos.

In the southwest, some plants practically need continuous watering. My mint plant is thriving beautifully. The water lasts about a week. You can have multiple waterers in one container. I have an oblong container with one on each end. They are somewhat fragile so you need to bury them deep. A decorative rock can support the underside if it is angled and you are afraid it might break. I broke the first one trying to push it deeper into the soil using the bottle.

I've had them for about a week now and they seem to keep the soil moist, so that's a win. I would not recommend using their instructions though as I broke a couple of the spikes. Instead, use something better to dig the hole, put in the spike then finally put in the bottle. The terracotta is very brittle and will break if you try to drive it in with the bottle on like the instruction says.

These are great. I use them in my garden. Friends gave me wine bottles to use with them. They work well but one has to be careful to dig a hole to push them in because they can break. I would definitely order again.

These came packaged nicely and work great. The reason for a 3 start is that I have had 2 break almost instantly out of the package. So, while they work as expected, not 5 star due to them being seemingly extra fragile.

I love these for my plants 🪴I love my plants but I forget to water them. I just need to fill these up 1-2 a week and it waters the plants. Depending on the weather. Works great in Florida weather. Needs a little more watering on the non-raining days.

These spikes were the perfect size for wine bottles and seem to be stronger than a previous set I purchased. We have had exceptionally hot weather this summer and using these has prevented my outdoor plants from drying out if I’m unable to water twice a day. They last about a week to 10 days on large indoor plants when combined with regular weekly watering. They were easy to use and a great value at the time I purchased them.
