If you’re looking for a short term coffee solution to get you through a few months of great coffee, this machine is for you.Easy to use, very convenient, makes a great cup of crema. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles, just straight espresso and coffee which is exactly what I wanted.I’ve been diligent - religious even about replacing the filter on time, using official Jura tablets for descaling and cleaning. Over the last few weeks, coffee started to come out of the spouts slower and slower. Now it won’t make coffee at all. It’s clearly clogged somewhere. As a last ditch effort. I’ve run 2 back to back cleaning and descaling operations (yes using official Jura tablets). Nadda. She’s done for.Jura support has been useless. Placed multiple calls and no real results. I’m sure if I take the whole thing apart piece by piece I could fix it, but that’s not what I do or how I want to spend hours of my time.So I spent $200 a month for 7 months of great coffee. Funny to think I could have actually saved money going to the local coffee shop every single day.

We bought this model of Jura after using an older basic one for several years. It’s a significant update. The results are astounding. The coffer taste is far better. It’s self-cleaning mechanism is a joy. The water container is larger and easy to fill. The price is very reasonable when considering the high quality.

Update - I opened it up - cleaned out the gunk and cleared the lines by hand. It’s working again, but for how long?Was great for 8 months, then clogged and leaked.Followed the recommended cleaning and descaling, but nothing helped.

The Jura E4 is easy to use, makes consistently delicious coffee every time! This is my third Jura and I wouldn’t use anything but Jura!

These machines made hands-down the best coffee I've ever had outside of a coffee shop. Unfortunately, both of the ones I purchased broke within 2 weeks. The first one clogged itself up, despite being set around 25% of lowest setting for fine vs coarse grind. The second one snapped some plastic gears as it was dumping the coffee puck after making a cup of coffee.After returning them I am now using the ENA 4. Truth be told, that one is ALSO broken, but I can deal with a snapped drip tray.

I have the Z6, S9 and now this. If I am ever to buy another coffee machine, this would be my choice. My other machines have many more features (that I very rarely use). But this one makes better coffee at 1/3 the price. My only complaints are you can’t do a 12 oz dirty long and you can’t use taller cups easily. It if you want good coffee and espresso, buy this.
