Didn't need them anymore so returned. But looking at them I liked them just didn't plan to use them anytime soon.

These are very strong and work perfectly as support for my Hoya cuttings that are growing semi- hydroponically. They are strong, yet they are small enough to fit through the hole in the self-watering pots. I will definitely buy this brand again!

Measuring the dimension of the dowels, I found all were within 0.002†of perfect 1/4†size. Delivery was rapid and just as promised.

The acrylic rods were more than what I needed but worth the price. I will find uses for the rest of them. Solid and tough, they did the job of holding up the large resin model I bought these for.

I bought these for a hobby project where I cut them down to about 3/8" length and push them into a painted board full of 1/4" holes. They fall straight through. I used a micrometer on them and they are approx .22, not .25. I can still use them, I just drill a smaller hole but be aware they are not 1/4" rods as advertised.
