Very firm! I'm using them outside in a hanging tire and added fake flowers. Looks great & is holding all the greenery/flowers through wind & rain! Yay! Squirrels kept digging up whatever real plants I put in there!😂

It's just regular styrofoam. Depending on your need, it may be perfect. The blocks are clean and the edges are perfect. It just wasn't what I thought it was going to be--more like craft foam.

This is basically what you get to protect things when posting them. You can't model with this to produce any real detail because all the balls that make up the foam come away
