I protect the basic material of my paintings with this tube. The hard plastic makes me feel sure that on a plane, checking it in, back of a car or truck, in a heavy box or any other place I may have my canvas, I will not worry about damage. For small or large works of art I may be doing, as well, this size tube works well. The strap is useful, because at times I need to carry a box of brushes or paints, I can strap the tube on my back and take everything in one trip. A good basic tool for a painter.

This was great for carrying insect collecting supplies on the plane. I was able to fit my net handle, net, and beat sheet all in the tube. However, I still had to put my net ring in my luggage because it was just a little bit too long. That said, solid product that worked well.

Very Well made Poster Tube product that can hold Blueprint Documents, for Drawing, Drafting, or Art and I like the extending feature of this product to fit the sizes of your documents, etc. But I use this product to protect my microlite packable fishing rod when traveling and it works perfectly. I highly recommend this product whether for Documents or as for the unconventional usage, as I have.

This is a durable, inexpensive storage tube. I needed this to store a poster for a presentation and it worked very well. The adjustable feature is very nice, but I do agree with other reviewers that the strap is a little short when the tube is extended to its full length. For some reason, the little plastic lid on top was not removable for my product but was for a friend. Nonetheless, this product works well.

I was going to use this for work but it is so sturdy and easy to use I'm hoping to find a pirate map to use with it. I'm sure it will withstand any perils I may face while looking for pirate treasure. Oh, wait. I just remembered I got 2 for the price of one! So one is for work and the other I will use for treasure hunting. Thanks for a great product!

This isn't too bad. It expands well, has detents to lock into place for different sizes, easily held my 29" drawings. Great price to store the drawings.

I did a lot of research on tubes before mKing this purchase. I have a vinyl banner for gigs that needed to be protected from my other gear but also does not take up too much space as it takes 10 or so trips to unload all the equipment at a gig, a carrying strap was a must. I was very happy with this choice. Lid screws in place easily. Quick and simple to adjust to just the size I needed for the banner without wasting space. The strap was easily adjusted to accommodate the new tube length. It is durable enough to get thrown around with my heavy PA and speakers and not get damaged. Seems like it should last.

High quality and holds my husband's boundary Waters maps nicely. It will work well for when he goes camping because it's waterproof and very sturdy. I wrapped it with leather to make it a little bit more unique.

Desde hace más de 20 años he querido uno para guardar mà colección de mapas, sólo que antes en las tiendas locales costaban carÃsimos y sinceramente no iba a gastar más de 1000 pesos en uno. Hasta que se me ocurrió buscar en Amazon porque quiero enmarcar dos mapas y pues es una maravilla, caben a la perfección los más grandes y sin maltratarse!!

Excellent product and easy to extend for larger posters/charts.Sadly the delivery costs were the same price as the item!!
