Seems well made for the money. I have a 2017 Tacoma sr5, 4wd. The black c shaped bracket fit the front "bumper". One the front bumper there were 2 tow points. One horizontal to the ground, on driver side, and on passenger side perpendicular to the ground. The passenger side tow point was behind plastic shroud. I will cut out a hole later. I left both factory tow points. Further out on the end of the bumper was a six inch small piece that sticks inside the bigger part of the bumper channel. It is cheesy. And, same on both sides. It had one big bolt holding each side in place. This Amazon c bracket has only one bolt hole. This is where I choose to mount these new brackets. I had to cut a hole for each in my plastic shroud that covers the crappy factory bumper. That was the most time consuming part. Now I have 4 tow points and they are symmetrical to each other.

Installed on ‘23 Tacoma Off-Road. I can’t imagine that more expensive D-rings would be any different. These suckers are heavy steal. Although they haven’t been put to the test yet, I imagine they’ll do just fine. My biggest complaint is that the paint was a bit chipped. That’s why I’m giving them 4 stars. No one will notice unless they look really hard under the truck, so I don’t care.
