I liked the dimensions of this unit, narrow enough elbow pads to get comfortable, doesnt take up too much room (26" wide, 35"deep), adjustable height without getting ridiculously tall.Thought it was a bit flimsy at first and I only weight 160 lbs. So looked at tightening some screws more and concluded that the last step (12) is crucial for more stability - put those last bolts and caps in from right to left as shown in instructions. This helped the adjustable portion be more stable. For a 200 lb or more person, definitely invest in something more heavy duty though. The big pluses on this for me besides the dimensions was the multiple grip pull up capability, dip bars, and back pad for ab crunches.

This is a versatile well made piece of equipment for at home use.. There is a problem. I weight 125, when doing pull ups,. dips, or hanging knee ups and leg extensions, work, it tips. At the highest setting there are two different heights listed, 84.4 inches and 90.5 inches which would be between 7-7.5 ft." . I use this in a room with 8ft ceilings. which would make this 5 inchs below it. The height of the tallest setting is 14 inches below. Keep this in mind and note the weight. I recommend anchoring it.

Used almost 1 year, like it so much It's not taken too much space in the room, but I can do my workout at home instead to go to gym.

If it's too good to be true, it usually is. However, we didn't think it took much to construct a pull up bar with a dip station to it. Alas, we were wrong. Aside from the fact that the instruction manual left us using common sense and the overall image in Amazon to construct the product in 3.5 hrs., the product is unstable for pull ups and dips. Only when doing leg lifts did the product seem secure. We tried using the product in different locations even though the floor it was constructed on is level. But nope. it sways side to side when performing a pull up or dip. It shouldn't be that way. In fact, that's how someone will get hurt. Don't waste your time or money on this product. Get something a little bit more structurally sound. Oh, speaking of which, our particular box came with one support bar for the base that was too short to be used...like 2" inches too short. Oh well....lesson learned. Now I need to get some sand bags to keep ti stable.
