These Mcp.42855 SPI thermocouple digitizers work great in my application. The analog units I was trying. Before would not work over 100C and were no where near as accurate.

I spent a month trying to figure out why my thermocouple wasn’t putting out a temperature reading. Checked wiring connections, bought a second thermocouple in case the first was broken, moved the wiring to different pins many times.I ended up buying a legit adafruit board directly from their website and it worked first time.

This appears to be a direct clone of the adafruit part for the same IC. I saw mixed reviews off "off brand" boards like this, but mine has worked great. Works with the adafruit ardiuno library and seems like its got a decent accuracy.
