I installed on September 14 and now it is October 16 the link fail . The taping nosing came back I check it today . I. Making the same noise like the old one. Now I have by new seat again before the winter kick in over drive

Perfect fit for 2012 Jetta TDI. Easy install. My advice is spray your bolts/nuts with penetrating oil before you swap these will help. Have to change with both tires on ground OR both tires in air. Uneven suspension will make it difficult.
