Clip the rope into the quickdraw that is already in a bolt

  • Fold the rope in half and thread it through the wire clip to form a loop.
  • Lift the rope device high and loop it over the bent gate lock of the clip-up stick
  • Slowly pull the rope while pressing it against the lock door until the rope slides into the lock.

Clip the quickdraw

  • Hang the climbing rope on the bent gate of the CLIP-UP Stick, then clip the straight gate of the quick hanger onto the "CLIP-UP" wire clip. This will push the lock door open and keep it in an open position.
  • Lift the rope device high and hang the CLIP-UP Stick with the attached climbing rope on the hanging loop.
  • Pull down on the CLIP-UP Stick to separate it from the CLIP-UP Stick and climbing rope.

Unclip The Quickdraw

  • Pull down tightly on the double ropes that are hanging from the CLIP-UP Stick.
  • Lift the rope device and use the wire clip to slowly push up along the flat ribbon of the CLIP-UP Stick until the wire clip pushes the lock door open that is hanging on the hanging loop.
  • Slowly remove the CLIP-UP Stick from the hanging loop.

Quality is great. You might get more convenience with a more expensive product but it's light and easy to use!

Before long, it became very difficult to open, and in less than a year was unusable. Lubricant doesn't solve the problem. This happens because it is made out of cheap material. Not worth the price.

In theory this is a good product. It's sleek. We used it the first time and the top pole flew right out of the stick. It wasn't fixable. Don't waste your money on this.

This stick collapses down small which is nice to climb with and stow away. It extends easily, but it works best when fully extended since the poles still slide out when they are locked and not fully extended. It is light weight with a hang ring which makes it easy to carry. It's easy to extend and retract as well.

Used it a few times already and definitely works well. I do wish it was 2 ft longer especially because I’m 5’2” but you can make do with it!

Although the description says it works with "most carabiners", I didn't find it to work well with very many of my standard size oval or D-shape carabiners. Although I could get the biners into the clip initially with a lot of effort in order to clip them on a bolted hanger, pushing the wire clamp back on from the extended pole in order to retrieve the biner was extremely difficult (took multiple attempts). This device will work fine with smaller biners like the typical mini biners on a quick draw. But I'm afraid you might need to be willing to forego retrieval of standard-size carabiners and leave them behind.

Es un bastón ideal para lo que es poner anilla primera o cuerda. En su máxima elongación es un poco blando y aveces con el peso de la anilla y cuerda se curvea pero nada de otro mundo. Hay que usarlo bien y tener claro cómo se usa porque de otro modo puedes poner la anilla con la cuerda al revés y pues se sale la cuerda en una caída. Se me hace bastante caro para el sistema que tiene pero no pesa nada y es súper práctico/portátil

伸縮時にかなりそ～っと扱わないと、簡単に接合部の樹脂が割れます。そして、重い。ギリギリの高さに片手でクリップするには辛いです。接合部の樹脂を別のものに変更して、穴だらけにして軽量化して、ようやく使いやすくなりました。構造自体は良くできてるので、もう少し丈夫に、もう少し軽く、あと1メートル長ければ最高です。

購入してから2回のみの使用ですが、使用後に元の長さに短縮したところ途中で引っ掛かりがあり、短縮できなくなりました。伸ばしてパイプの内部を確認すると、内部から割れた白色パーツが出てたので内部パーツが破損しているようです。誠に残念です。初期不良として交換など対応していただくことは可能でしょうか？
