I really like these. I bought them for Jazzmaster pickups. Having repaired guitars for over 25 years, so many basses and guitars that had pickups placed by foam would eventually have problems when the foam breaks down. I have no doubt the springs will improve lifespan by taking some of the work away from perishable foam rubber. The springs fit nicely in the provided punchouts and the foam has excellent adhesive on it.

I have a fender modern player telecaster thinline deluxe with P90 pickups. The Pups on this guitar could not be adjusted for height. Installed this foam/springs and it worked perfectly out of the box! I'm not sure how long the foam will last, but the springs are probably enough on their own anyway...

Seems to be good quality foam and the springs will add a fair amount of support. But these are listed as suitable for jazzmaster pickups - and they’re really quite small for that. I think I’d rather have two on each pickup but then you’re getting a bit expensive for foam. I ended up using one on each pickup plus another layer of some extra carpet pad foam to give it a bit more lift (this is on a jazzmaster with a shim and raised bridge so the pickups had to get up fairly high). Fit for purpose and totally fine, the adhesive back seems good, but not blown away by the value or anything. Then again it’s pickup foam so hey, not the most exciting NGD buy.

These are nice foam/spring pads but they are not as tall as others i have, which was totally unexpected. That doesn't mean they won't work, but also doesn't mean some they will work as expected.

Medium quality, foam is not tall enough for a Fender bass, foam material is softer than Fender brand, springs are ok, adhesive under fom is not that strong. Seller has great customer service and solve my problem in right away.

does not line up with the screw holes . have to modify to basically work for 1971 Fender pre bass
