Keeping your UNOKKI kalimba sounding great is easy, because tuning is a simple process. To tune, use the included tuning hammer or download a free online app. With a tuning hammer, you simply adjust the length of the keys to change their pitch – make the keys longer for a lower pitch, or make them shorter for a higher pitch.

So far I have tried several of these and they pretty much sound quiet similar,but this one comes with a nice carry case so you can take it with you on a tripand not just in a carbdoard box. Nice accessories to it and great price. Nice quality :)

I got this for my 13 year old son for Christmas and he really liked it. The sound is very pleasant and he was quickly able to figure out some songs (he does know piano so he has music background.) The last note on each end is a little tinny, but I think it’s just because the bars are so short. Overall a fun random find that was a nice surprise extra gift.

This little kalimba genuinely surprised me with how clear and beautiful the notes are. It took a little getting used to but I really enjoy playing on it!My only issue is that the b7 key is a little iffy, meaning that it requires me to be a little bit more rough with it in order to play the note I need. Luckily for me, I rarely need to use that key but it's still important for the people who wish to buy this to know.Overall, a very lovely instrument! I would definitely recommend it!

To start off, I’m using my moms account to write this review since i don’t have an account of my own.Onto the review: I cannot stress enough how amazing this kalimba is. I got this back in April of this year and I suddenly felt the urge to write a review on it. It’s beautifully made, lightweight and amazingly easy to learn. It comes pre-tuned so you don’t have to worry about having to tune it, meaning once you get it out of the box, it’s ready to play. This has been my first kalimba and this is a great choice for beginners. I honestly don’t see any cons to getting this specific kalimba.Quick tip for all the beginners out there: If you have extremely short nails, you’ll have to grow them out or use the thumb protectors that comes with it. In order to play the kalimba correctly and for it to sound good, you have to use your nails. Overall I’m super happy with it and I’m so glad i decided to get it.
