This thing is so well constructed and well designed!I use the basket mostly (for chicken wings of course) and it produces wings that are crispy and evenly cooked. The trick is to assemble the basket so that you have the largest cubic area, allowing the wings to tumble around freely.I've used the spit also, and the trick there is to make very sure your meat is firmly speared and that the prongs are very tight on the spit. Otherwise you'll be cooking cave man style.Last, be sure to spray all parts with Pam or another oil spray, as it makes clean up effortless. When I'm done and everything is cool, I spray the basket & frame with some Dawn PowerWash, rinse it with hot water and put everything into the dishwasher. Comes out looking brand new.

Met all expectations. Having two different baskets increases the variety of foods that can be cooked on the Joetisserie. Very solid construction and easy to use. Cleans up well by soaking in Dawn.

Very versatile and fully adjustable depths. You can even use adjustable flat basket on one side and adjustable cage on the other side if you wish. Tried this with one half chicken wings in basket (fully open so they would roll around) and breasts on the flat side clamped in so they stay put. Worked out awesome. Took the breasts off before 160 and seared on the grill grate to finish them off.

Great way to cook your chicken and veggies - potatoes and onions in my case. Everything tastes great and all is basted with the fat from whatever meat you're using. Also it's really helpful not to have the rod cutting through the basket, the design is perfect!

This is an expensive accessory. There's no doubt about it, but it is an awesome addition for kamado grilling. It is super easy to put together and also easy to adjust the width of each basket for your cook. One basket is flat, and the other is more like a hexagon. I added potatoes and spun them over the grill, and they turned out fantastic--nice smoky grill flavor. Just remember that vegetables will shrink, and your food may fall between the holes if it is smaller. You can rotisserie wings and fish and add a ton of flavor to your cooking. Note--you need to have the Joetisserie motor to use this.

This addition to our Kamado took our cooking to the next level. The tumbler for both chicken wings and boneless thighs were as good if not better than what we have ordered in restaurants. The chicken breast in the flat basket turned out amazing.Though there are cheaper options the construction and versatility of this product I think is superior to the alternatives.A couple of things to note:1. If you use a charcoal basket insert then the placement of the ToeTisserie Grill Accessory for the motor is important as the tumbler or flat can hit the charcoal basket as it rotates. There is enough slack in the placement so it is easy to resolve.2. Oiling the tumbler and flat before you use it will help with clean up.3. I add the sauce at the end of the cook and put the wings on the grates rather than back into the basket as cleaning the sauce off the basket was very labour intensive and I did not notice any benefit in the quality of the food.All in all a great purchase.

Pros- Easy to install and it's a lot less faff than an actual rotisserie- Easy to change the depth of the baskets depending on what food you're cooking- Dishwasher safeCons- Not many, but after one use it already looks well used!

This product was not in the usual Amazon box and a shipment sticker was just slapped on the actual product. Was delivered and ruined the surprise for my hubby. Not happy! The product is fine but this seller is not!!!
